1925 Art Deco Makassar Sekretär aus Reutlingen – Hochglanz-Finish

For sale is a unique Art Deco secretary from the Bruderhaus furniture factory in Reutlingen, dating from 1925. This magnificent cabinet features symmetrical Makassar veneer with our high-quality high-gloss finish on the exterior and on the inside of the writing surface. The interior is veneered with luxurious bird's eye maple and offers the original satin-matte patina. It provides storage space in six small drawers, many small shelves, and behind two small, lockable doors inside. The lower dresser impresses with its original chrome-plated brass handles with an Art Deco typical sunburst design, and storage space can be found on several shelves in the interior. A true original piece with wonderful design, a modern finish, and original keys. The contrast between the light bird's eye maple wood and the coarse Makassar wood makes this piece of furniture a real eye-catcher. Hand-restored in our workshop in Senden, NRW.
